How do I place my online order?

Step 1: Choose the product you want to purchase

Step 2: Select the quantity of the product

Step 3: Click on ADD TO CART.

Step 4: Click on CHECKOUT where you must fill out the required information and select the payment method.

Step 5: Click on PLACE ORDER for a successful order placement.

Can I buy multiple reamare products in single order?

Yes. Just add all the products you want to purchase into your shopping cart and then complete your order. This way you can save on COD and any additional shipping charges.

How do I know that my order is confirmed?

Once you have placed your order, your confirmation status will be automatically updated on your Account.

Can I leave items in my cart for future purchase?

Yes, you can leave items in your shopping cart; however the price and availability of these products will be reflected on a real time basis. Hence, there is a possibility that the product may go out of stock or the offer on the product may expire from the time you added it to your cart.

Do I have to have an account to place an order?

Yes, you are required to create an account on the website to place an order.

How do I sign up for a Reamare account?

Step 1: Click on the profile icon on the home page

Step 2 : Click on CREATE AN ACCOUNT

Step 3: Enter email address

Step 4: Click on account icon again

Step 5: Click on MY ACCOUNT.

What are the benefits of signing in with Reamare?

Signing up for an account will give you benefits and give you a superior experience while shopping with Reamare. Your account allows you to:

Notifications as soon as your favorite products are back in stock.
Track all past and present orders at any time in one place.
You will not have to fill in your address and payment details more than once.

I forgot my password, what can I do?

If you have forgotten your password, you can request your password to be sent to the email address you have previously registered with us by clicking the Forgot Password link. You will be taken to a page where you can enter your email address and a temporary password will be sent to you.

What payment types do you offer?

For Indian orders: You can pay for purchases using Cash on Delivery, Paypal, Netbanking methods as well as a variety of Wallets such as Paytm, Gpay, Phonepe, Bhim etc.

Is GST (Goods & Services Tax) & VAT (Value Added Tax) included?

Yes, we will charge VAT & GST on all online orders. All prices shown are GST inclusive

How do I avail of the COD?

COD is available for India orders only. When you are entering your payment details at the checkout page, you can click on Cash on Delivery as the payment method.

Is COD available for delivery to all locations in India?

Due to the limitations of the couriers we use, COD is not yet available for all pin codes in India. During the checkout process, you can use our pin code finder to check if the COD facility is available for your delivery address.

Would I be charged for availing of the COD option?

There’s no specific charge to avail COD on any order. However, there is a flat shipping charge of Rs. 80 if your total order value is less than Rs. 500.

How can I use a Gift Voucher/Promotional code on my order?

When you have clicked on the ‘Checkout’ button, you will be directed to a section where you can enter your Gift Voucher/Promotional code. On entering the code, the valid amount/offer will automatically be applied to your order. You can then proceed to checkout and pay the remaining amount using your chosen form of payment. 

What is the range of locations to which we ship our products?

We ship products throughout India and all orders of Rs 500 and above qualify for free shipping. However, there is a flat shipping charge of Rs. 80 if your total order value is less than Rs. 500.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order from your Account section to get an update on where your order is.

What is your Online Return Policy?

We believe strongly in our products and their quality and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are disappointed in any way we would like to know. We do not accept exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered. We exchange the product in case of any damage or incorrect order. How do I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order before shipment by going to your Account section and clicking on cancel order.

By when can I expect delivery of my order?

All orders are processed within 1 business day. You can expect delivery of the order within 3-7 business days. For locations which are in the interiors or in difficult coverage area, this may take between 10-12 business days.

What if I receive an incomplete, incorrect or damaged order?

We try our best to fulfill your orders correctly and in the best manner possible, nevertheless  for any complaints with regards to your order please contact Customer Care within 7 business days of your order delivery for resolution.
